Christina is an award-winning filmmaker, educator, and creative director with two decades of experience spanning communication design, film & media, storytelling, and leadership development. A former senior lecturer at The Glasgow School of Art Singapore, she has designed and facilitated interdisciplinary curricula in communication design. Her films have been showcased at the Cannes Court Métrage and have received accolades at Houston WorldFest and the Korea Film Festival.

She holds a Master of Arts (Research) in Creative Industries from Queensland University of Technology, where her thesis explored non-linear storytelling and audience psychology. Her teaching draws from her Navigator’s Mindset™ framework, integrating narrative psychology, leadership training, and self-mastery. She has developed and led Train-the-Trainer programs for organisations including Media Clubroom, MOE, SAMPP+IMDA+WSQ, and MediaCorp Bloomr.

Now at the forefront of AI-integrated learning, Christina is expanding her practice into AI storytelling and mindset coaching, bridging the gap between creativity and technology. As a parent, storyteller, and learner herself, she speaks honestly about navigating uncertainty, using real-time experiences with her children, students, and AI tools.
